Integrations & automation
Connect your systems and reduce repetitive work
We help identify tasks that can run without entering the same information repeatedly: synchronizing data, generating reports and connecting tools. Based in Reynosa, we collaborate remotely across Mexico and the US.
Review my processWhat we can help with
Reliable integrations between APIs, CRMs and ERPs to sync data and automate business processes.
APICRMERP
Complex data pipelines to process, transform and distribute information.
Apache NiFiETLBig Data
Automated data synchronization between databases and Business Intelligence tools.
SQLBIETL
Who it's for
For businesses moving data manually between systems, preparing recurring reports or needing their tools to share information in a controlled way.
What it includes
- 01Process reviewWe identify inputs, owners, rules and exceptions before deciding what makes sense to automate.
- 02System connectionsWe integrate APIs, databases or files to move information between your authorized business tools.
- 03Workflows and validationWe define when tasks run, which data they need and how to detect incomplete or inconsistent records.
- 04Monitoring and exceptionsWe agree on execution logs, alerts and procedures for reviewing failures and keeping human oversight where needed.
How we work together
- 01Choose a repetitive task and document how it works today.
- 02Validate access, data quality and tool limitations.
- 03Build and test the workflow with normal cases and exceptions.
- 04Launch the workflow and define ownership and maintenance.
A proposal based on your scope
The proposal considers the number of systems, data volume, execution frequency and validation rules. Licenses or fees charged by external platforms are identified separately.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to replace my tools?
Not necessarily. We first check whether your current tools support integration through APIs, files or other authorized mechanisms.
Can any process be automated?
Not every process is a good fit. We assess whether rules are clear, data is reliable and technical access is available. Ambiguous decisions may still need a person to review them.
What happens when a connection fails?
Depending on the workflow, we define logs, alerts and retry or manual review rules. Error handling is part of the integration scope.
